Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Individual Reservations:
30 or more days prior to check in date: 100% credit of the deposit amount would be given towards a future stay within 365 days of the original check in date. No refunds shall be provided for cancellation of confirmed reservations. In case any refunds are permitted, they shall be credited to your bank account within 10-15 working days.

3-29 days prior to check in date: a 15% retention charge would be levied and 85% of the deposit amount would be credited towards a future stay within 365 days of original check in date. No refunds shall be provided for cancellation of confirmed reservations. In case any refunds are permitted, they shall be credited to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
0-2 days prior to check in date, no show: no refund or credit will be given. No refunds shall be provided for cancellation of confirmed reservations. In case any refunds are permitted, they shall be credited to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
There will be no refunds for no shows, early departure, late arrivals, or unused portions of accommodations.
Group reservations:
60 or more days prior to check in date: a 25% retention charge would be levied and 75% of deposited amount would be credited towards a future group stay within 365 days of original check in date. No refunds shall be provided for cancellation of confirmed reservations. In case any refunds are permitted, they shall be credited to your bank account within 10-15 working days.

7-60 days prior to check in date: a 40% retention charge would be levied and 60% of deposited amount would be credited towards a future group stay within 365 days of original check in date. No refunds shall be provided for cancellation of confirmed reservations. In case any refunds are permitted, they shall be credited to your bank account within 10-15 working days.

0-6 days prior to check in date, no show: no refund or credit will be given. No refunds shall be provided for cancellation of confirmed reservations. In case any refunds are permitted, they shall be credited to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
